The month of May has been full of warmth and excitement, much like the beautiful hot weather we have experienced. Our residents have enjoyed the brighter days, and we are pleased to share that they have been supported very well throughout the recent heatwave. Staff ensured that all residents remained well hydrated, comfortable, and kept cool with appropriate measures in place at all times.
Throughout May, improvement work has continued across Fourways Residential Care Home with the aim of further enhancing the quality of care and environment we provide for our residents. We are committed to ongoing development to ensure the best possible experience and outcomes for those living with us.
We are especially pleased to share that our garden is now in its final stages of improvement and is looking truly beautiful and welcoming. Residents have been enjoying spending time outdoors, making the most of the sunshine and relaxing in a calm and pleasant environment.
We are also delighted to inform you that our Director has kindly arranged for new flooring to be installed on the first floor. This upgrade has significantly improved the appearance and safety of the environment, contributing to a more comfortable living space for our residents.
In addition, we are proud to share that Healthwatch recently visited Fourways Residential Care Home. The visit went very well, and their report has now been published on their website. We would encourage all families and relatives to read the report, as it reflects the ongoing commitment of our team to delivering high-quality care.
